SeisWell

SeisWell is a suite of interactive modeling applications. It provides capabilities to calibrate sonic logs using well velocity survey information, then combine this with density information to construct reflectivity sequences. Synthetic seismic traces can be generated using interactive wavelet extraction technology. Statistically match the log reflective to the seismic data around the well location to determine the best match. In case of deviated wells, seismic traces that are parallel to the bore hole are constructed to ensure the correct match takes place. SeisWell also functions alongside non-Western Atlas interpretation systems, a such as Landmark or GeoQuest.
